I am a wife, a mom, a daughter, a sister, and a clinical social worker. Like you, I wear many hats in life and often find myself questioning how in the world I’ll manage to juggle them all. That is when I turn to my village. None of us thrive in isolation, and I see therapy as part of building that supportive network.

My hope is to become part of your village so I can help you feel more connected to your true self by healing the root and not just the surface.

I live in Vermont on the NH border with my husband, my daughter, our cat, and our rescue dog. I love to run, read, snuggle on the couch with my family, and I’ve never been known to turn down a good nap (it’s self care, right!?).
