Clinical Supervision for Therapists and Interns

Supervision is one of the most meaningful parts of this work- a space to deepen understanding, grow in confidence, and explore the art of therapy with support and curiosity.

I offer clinical supervision to individuals in Vermont or New Hampshire for:

• Graduate interns completing their clinical training hours

• Pre-licensed clinicians working toward independent licensure (e.g., LICSW, LCMHC)

Our supervision can take place in person in Windsor, VT or virtually.

My approach is rooted in psychodynamic and relational perspectives, with a strong emphasis on self-awareness, use of self in the therapeutic relationship, and honoring the emotional weight of clinical work. I also draw from my background in grief work and pediatric oncology social work, offering guidance on how to stay grounded and present while holding complex emotions with clients.

I believe supervision should balance clinical skill-building, personal reflection, and sustainable practice. My goal is to support you in developing your professional identity while maintaining your humanity- because good therapy starts with a well-supported therapist.
